BIRTHDAY CAKE POPS.   Chocolate cake's crumbs mixed with chocolate ganache and coated with chocolate on lollipop stick.

JAPONAIS CAKE. (GLUTEN FREE) Layers of crispy almond meringues (japonais) sandwiched with chocolate ganache, covered with almond nuts, and dusted with cocoa powder.

ZUG CHERRY CAKE (ZUGER TORTE). A layer cake from Switzerland that consists of layers of japonais bases, vanilla sponge cake and butter cream. Optional: flavoured with rum. (Japonais: meringue mixture with ground almonds nuts).

JAM THUMBPRINTS COOKIES. Thumbprints cookies with homemade strawberry jam.

EGG TARTLET. Butter pastry with egg custard filling. Available flavour: Original, Vanilla Choco Melt, Chocolate, Green Tea.  

ONTBIJTKOEK. Dutch spiced cake with canary nuts topping.
