PASTEL TUTUP ( INDISCHE PASTEL) . Baked savory mashed potato filled with luncheon, smoked ham, vermicelli, mushroom, mix vegetables, milk, quail eggs.

STRAWBERRY-CHOCO PUDDING. Layers of strawberry, milk, and chocolate jelly pudding. (No food colouring)

STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE CHARLOTTE. Vanilla sponge cake layered with chocolate whipped cream + crispy choco ball, strawberry whipped cream + pieces of macerated strawberries, topped with whipped cream, decorated with grated chocolate & strawberry gel, covered with lady fingers.

CROQUEMBOUCHE. Classic French dessert made of caramel coated choux puffs filled with crème patisserie (custard) form into cone shape, glued together with a caramel cage (spun caramel threads).  

VANILLA FRUIT CAKE. Vanilla sponge cake layered with non dairy whipped cream and pieces of fresh fruits, decorated with almond flakes.

BLACK FOREST PUDDING. Layers of Chocolate-Milk-Dark Cherries-Milk-Chocolate pudding decorated with grated chocolate and sweet red cherries.
