LAPIS LEGIT PRUNES (SPEKKOEK). A Dutch-Indonesian layered cake made full of egg yolks, flavoured with mix of spices and pieces of prunes between the layers.

MANGO CAKE. Vanilla sponge cake layered with mango mousse and covered with white chocolate shredded.

CAKE POPS. Chocolate cake's crumbs coated and decorated with chocolate. (for dessert table) .

MANGO PUDDING.

ORANGE ALMOND CUPCAKE - (GLUTEN FREE) . Almond cupcake with orange frosted with orange's cream and decorated with caramelized orange.

CHOCOLATE COOKIES - (GLUTEN FREE) . Rice flour chocolate cookies.

CHOCOLATE CAKES - (GLUTEN FREE). 2 layers of chocolate cakes covered with chocolate ganache, almonds, and strawberry coulis on top, frosted with chocolate cream or strawberry cream.

MANGO TARTLET. Almond butter pastry with vanilla custard and mango flesh.
