BLACK FOREST: 3 layers of chocolate sponge cake soaked with rum layered with whipped cream, chocolate ganache and dark cherries, decorated with chocolate shavings and red cherries.
     
BLACK FOREST ROLL: chocolate sponge cake soaked with rum rolled with whipped cream and dark cherries, decorated with chocolate shavings and red cherries/strawberries.

CHEDDAR CHEESE CAKE: cheddar cheese cake with butter pastry (pie crust) as a base, decorated with strawberry coulis and strawberries.
Available: CHEDDAR CHEESE CAKE (GLUTEN FREE): Made of rice flour, milk, cheddar cheese.
     
CHOCOLATE CAKES (GLUTEN FREE): 2 layers of chocolate cakes covered with chocolate ganache, almonds, and strawberry coulis on top, frosted with chocolate cream or strawberry cream.

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE: 3 layers of chocolate sponge cake soaked with rum layered with chocolate ganache and chocolate crispy ball, covered with chocolate ganache, coated with dark chocolate, decorated with chocolate truffles and strawberries.
     
FRUIT VANILLA: 3 layers of vanilla sponge cake layered with whipped cream and pieces of fruits, decorated with almond flakes and fruits.

HONEY MILLE CRÊPES CAKE: 20 layers of crepes sandwiched with honey and decorated with fruits.

JAPONAIS (GF): 3 layers of crispy almond meringues (japonais) sandwiched with chocolate ganache, covered with almond nuts, and dusted with cocoa powder.

MANGO (seasonal):  3 layers of vanilla sponge cake layered with mango mousse and pieces of mangos, decorated with almond flakes and mango slices.

ONTBIJTKOEK: dutch spiced cake with canary nuts topping.

LAPIS LEGIT PLAIN (SPEKKOEK): a Dutch-Indonesian layered cake made full of egg yolks, flavoured with mix of spices.
Available: LAPIS LEGIT PRUNES (pieces of prunes between the layers)

LAPIS MANDARIN (SPIKU MANDARIN): 2 layers cake (vanilla-chocolate) made full of egg yolks with almond    flakes on top, and sandwiched with strawberry jam.
Available: LAPIS MANDARIN MOCCA (mocca/coffee flavour in the second layers)

LAPIS SURABAYA (SPIKU): 3 layers cake (vanilla-chocolate-vanilla) made full of egg yolks and sandwiched with strawberry jam.
Available: LAPIS MOCCA (mocca/coffee flavour in the middle of the layers)

MANDARIN CAKE:  2 layered of vanila and chocolate/mocca cake made full of egg yolks sandwiched with strawberry jam and covered with chocolate ganache, Decorated with oranges and almond flakes.

SNOEP ROLL: gluten free chocolate roll cake. (Ingredients: cocoa powder, corn flour, eggs, sugar)

SPIKU MOCCA (decorated): 2 layers of full egg yolks sponge cake with Chocolate + Coffee flavour, frosting with cappucino chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate curl & crispy cappuccino and chocolate ball.

ST. HONORE: a circle of puff pastry as a base with a ring of choux pastry piped on the puff pastry, topped with small custard choux dipped in caramelized sugar and finished with custard-whipped cream, chocolate curls.
     
STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE CHARLOTTE: vanilla sponge cake layered with chocolate whipped cream + crispy choco ball, strawberry whipped cream + pieces of macerated strawberries, topped with whipped cream, decorated with grated chocolate & strawberry gel, covered with lady fingers.

ZUG CHERRY CAKE (ZUGER TORTE): a layer cake that consists of japonais base, rum soaked vanilla sponge cake covered with butter cream. (Japonais: meringue mixture with ground almonds nuts).
